Our modular roof system is primarily constructed using standard Eurotruss HD34 and FD32 truss, combined with a durable PVC roof covering. It offers a platform area of approximately 1236 ft² (115 m²), built on a LiteDeck platform. This flexible system allows for platform heights of up to 1.5 meters, adjustable to meet your specific requirements. At its lowest setting, the deck can be positioned just 200mm from ground level.
Engineered for versatility, the structure can be safely erected on ground gradients of up to 1:5, ensuring stability even on uneven terrain. Assembly is carried out by a team of four crew members and the roof is manually raised, eliminating the need for site power.
All components, like all equipment in our inventory, are fully tested, certified, and rated for safety and performance. We strictly adhere to comprehensive method statements and risk assessments, and comply with the Institute of Structural Engineers (ISE) guidance on temporary demountable structures.
For safety, a wind speed monitoring device (anemometer) is installed on or near the structure to provide continuous readings. We follow clear procedures to manage adverse weather conditions, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, risk assessments, and ISE recommendations.
