When Cowes Fringe called—with just one day’s notice—we answered.
On Thursday, we were contacted to support an event starting Friday. No problem. Our team at Equalizer quickly mobilised to assist our friends at Scorpion UK, providing experienced Stage Crew to help with the build and setup of the event infrastructure. But our involvement didn’t stop there.

Two Venues, One Standard: Professional
We were brought in to support two key venues—Marks Shed and Commodes House—providing not just stage assistance, but also sound engineering. While setting up the originally supplied sound system, it quickly became clear it wasn’t meeting the standard we hold ourselves to.
So on Day 1, we made the call: out with the old, in with the NEXO Sound System, paired with our Midas M32—a setup we knew would deliver the audio quality the event and audience deserved.
